New Schemas and Business Rules are Available! Software Developers and State organizations /ay access and download new Schemas and Business Rules from their e-Services )mailbox. In order to access these files you must have an active e-Services account and be listed on an e-File application with the provider option of Software Developer or State. Your role must be Responsible Official, or Delegated User with MeF authorities.(Updated 06/13/2018)


Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018

The first release of business rule changes incorporating the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 are available for Software Developers and State organizations. Please refer to the IMF/BMF file for the Business Rules details. (Updated 02/16/2018)

Filing Season Start dates:

The Internal Revenue Service has announced plans to begin accepting Individual tax returns Electronically on January 29, 2018. The IRS will begin accepting all Business tax returns on January 8, 2018
