Spread the word with widgets

Post these widgets on your Web site or on social media networks. Widgets are portable on-screen tools that you can place almost anywhere online to direct others to IRS.gov for the complete details.

To Place the Widget on a Service/Social Network or Website:

1. Click on the "Get Widget" tab at bottom of widget
2. Choose the icon of the service/social network/Web site where you want to post the widget
3. From there, follow the instructions provided by the icon

For programmers or those experienced with HTML code:

1. Click on the "Get Widget" tab at the bottom of widget
2. Click copy to copy the embed code
3. Paste the code into the HTML page where you would like the widget to appear
4. To resize the widget, adjust the height and width within the code

To share a widget via email or social media, click "Get Widget", then "More", then choose the media.
